    We really have a tremendous staff here. Everyone’s easy to talk to and willing to take the time to teach and show you new aspects of patient care. You learn so much!

    New faces come through the door of Med/Surg every day, and Tori’s there ready to greet them and get them the care that they need. Even though the work environment can get a little fast-paced, she always takes the time to connect with her patients. It’s a big part of what she loves about working at a local community hospital.

    Every day, Allan brings his best to help care for the people of North Carolina. Whether that means administering medication, assisting by the bedside, or discharging patients, he knows that situations can change at the drop of a hat, and his skills and abilities can make the difference. He also knows that he has the support of UNC Health to climb the clinical ladder and take his career anywhere he wants it to go.

    The nurse-to-patient ratio gives the nurses the opportunity to really give excellent and personalized care. It’s great getting the chance to connect with the patients.

    Fabiola is proud that her skills help the people of North Carolina feel better and healthier. She also knows that she couldn’t do it alone. From the staff to management, she feels supported. Everyone on her team looks for ways to improve the entire organization. Even though the job can be fast-paced, she feels happy at the end of the day knowing that she’s given her best.
